Tariff Information

Due to evolving trade policies and unforeseen tariffs, Denuo Novo has introduced a temporary tariff fee on select items imported during the tariff period. This fee helps offset rising costs without altering original pricing and applies only to certain products shipping from the factory while tariffs are in effect.

Impacted customers will be notified in advance, with the option to cancel orders without penalty. 1. What is the new tariff fee at Denuo Novo? 

Due to ongoing tariffs in place by the U.S. government for items manufactured in China, we will be adding a percentage-based tariff fee on Denuo Novo pre-order items. This fee has been created to help offset the unexpected and significant increases in import costs. 

The fee will be based on when the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. As tariff rates have been shifting, we cannot confirm an exact percentage at this time. Customers who pre-order items will receive an email with the details once we are able to lock in the exact fee. 

2. How will my pre-order be affected?

A tariff fee will be added to your order once your impacted item(s) arrives at our warehouse, and you will receive an invoice to pay.

3. What if I have an open pre-order already? Will my order be affected?

This fee is being implemented on pre-orders placed after 4/29/2025. Orders placed before 4/29/2025 will not be affected.

4. What if I have multiple items on pre-order?

Each item will be evaluated individually. Some items may be subject to the fee while others may not, depending on the timing of their arrival. We will do our best to alert customers as early as possible regarding the fee.

4. How long will the tariff fee be in place?

For as long as the tariffs are in place. If tariffs are lifted, new arrivals won’t be subject to the surcharge. However, products that arrived under tariffs will retain the charge until sold through, because we’ve already incurred those higher import costs.

5. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you have the option to cancel if your pre-order is affected by the tariff fee. Please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@denuonovo.com to discuss your options. 

6. What if my order is shipping to an international address?

International pre-orders are subject to the tariff fee. As a reminder any additional duties or customs fees your order may incur are your responsibility to pay.
