WHAT IS THE DENUO NOVO REWARDS ALLIANCE?
The Denuo Novo Rewards Alliance is our exclusive, points-based loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop. Members earn points with every purchase, unlock access to VIP tiers, and enjoy special perks along the way.
To get started, simply create an account or log in to your existing DenuoNovo.com account and explore the Rewards Alliance Page.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Joining is easy:
- Visit the sign-up page and enter your email.
- We will send you a one-time code to verify.
- Enter the code, and you are automatically enrolled in the program.
If you already have a DenuoNovo.com account, you're already a member! Just log in to start earning.
WHY JOIN THE REWARDS ALLIANCE?
As a member, you'll enjoy:
- Points earned on every purchase

WHO CAN JOIN?
Everyone is welcome—except unauthorized resellers. No purchase is necessary to create an account and start earning.
POINTS
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
There are many ways to earn points:
- Create an Account – Sign up and earn a welcome bonus once you complete a purchase.
- Follow Us – Connect with us on Instagram and Facebook.
- Shop – Earn points for every dollar you spend.
- Refer a Friend – Share your referral link. Once they make a qualifying purchase, you both earn rewards!
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Points expire 365 days after they are earned. Don't let them go to waste!
WHEN ARE POINTS AWARDED?
Points are added to your account once your order has been paid in full.
WILL I EARN POINTS FOR PAST PURCHASES?
Yes! All qualifying purchases made on DenuoNovo.com before April 2, 2025 have earned you points automatically. These were calculated based on your total spend using the email associated with your account.
Please note: Purchases made through ANOVOS or while not logged into your account are not eligible. If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact us at customerservice@denuonovo.com.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
- Log in to your account.
- Shop and head to checkout.
- Use the dropdown menu to apply your points.
Please note: Rewards can be redeemed on orders with a $500+ subtotal and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE?
Your point balance and VIP tier status are visible on both the Rewards Alliance Page and your Orders page when logged in.
CAN I USE REWARDS WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE?
No. Rewards can only be redeemed on orders with a minimum subtotal of $500.
CAN I COMBINE REWARDS WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS?
Yes, you can redeem your rewards during site-wide sales. However, coupon codes cannot be combined with Rewards redemptions.
WHAT IF I ALREADY FOLLOW DENUO NOVO ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
To claim your points, log into your account and click the “Follow Us” buttons in the "Ways to Earn" section on the Rewards Alliance Page. This lets us confirm your follow and apply your points.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it.
Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. To refer a friend:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Refer A Friend section on the Rewards Alliance Page.
- Enter your friend’s email to send them your unique referral link.
Once your friend makes their first qualifying purchase of $500 or more, you’ll receive your referral reward within 24–48 hours of order payment. If you don’t see your points after that, please contact customer service with your friend’s name and email.
Referral rewards are only eligible
WHAT IF I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you return a product, the points earned from that order will be deducted.
If you paid with points, those points will be returned to your balance once the return is processed.
Points are not automatically adjusted for canceled items, except for cancellations due to unavailable product.
DO I EARN POINTS THROUGH OTHER RETAILERS?
No. Points can only be earned from purchases made directly through DenuoNovo.com.
VIP TIERS
HOW DO VIP TIERS WORK?
All members start at Bronze Tier. As your annual spend increases, you'll move up to higher tiers:
- Silver Tier: Spend $1,500 in a rolling 12-month period
- Gold Tier: Spend $2,500 in a rolling 12-month period
Your VIP tier and perks are active for one year from the day you qualify. Your tier status is visible in your account, and you'll be notified by email when you level up.
DO PAST PURCHASES COUNT TOWARD MY VIP TIER?
Yes! Purchases made in the 12 months prior to the launch (April 2, 2025) will count toward your VIP status, as long as you were logged into your account.
WHAT IS 'EARLY ACCESS TO NEW PRODUCTS'?
Silver and Gold VIP members receive exclusive email notifications about new releases before they go public, giving you the first opportunity to order.
DO GOLD MEMBERS RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Gold Tier members enjoy free standard U.S. shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout.
WILL MY VIP TIER EXPIRE?
Your VIP Tier status is valid for one year from the date you qualify. To maintain or upgrade your tier, continue shopping and engaging with Denuo Novo.
WHY DID I DROP A TIER?
If you returned a recent purchase that had helped you qualify for a higher tier, the associated points were removed and your tier was adjusted accordingly.
